Valerie
JOYCE

Valerie Joyce trained in Fine Art - Painting at NCAD (1979'83). She received a Drama & Theatre Studies Diploma (1995-'98), RTC, Inchicore, Dublin.
She had her first Studio at Templebar (1987-'89). Established her own ART IN HEAVEN Gallery in Roundstone in 1998, she has been working in a variety of media including: painting, performance, poetry, sculpture, installation, acting and filmmaking.
She is currently living in Galway and has her studio at ARTSPACE.
Her work is in the Irish Drawing Collection at Limerick City Gallery and in the Collections of Bank of Ireland, the OPW, the Galway Regional & Galway City Councils.
Valerie was nominated for the AIB Galway County Council Arts Awards in 2005 and 2003.
